Adouria App "the App” provides general store management including products, collections, orders and customer services "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
- Store Information: which includes main store information, such as shopify domain name, currency that we use to authorize your account In Adouria
- Inventory Information: which includes collections, products with variants and prices that we use to provide your store with advanced edit features, advanced search, image editing, SEO optimization and much more
- Orders Information: which includes main orders information including your customers details for new orders only in order to assist you with orders processing, customer emails, shipping tracking and advanced orders search
- App Use Information: We DON'T COLLECT ANY PERSONAL OR ANY HIDDEN DETAILS ABOUT YOUR STORE, we only use Google Analytics anonymusly to identify our app usage and its most frequant services in use. We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account
- Cookies: We DON'T COLLECT ANY TRACING DATA in cookies, we use cookies for authetication purposes only to secure your account,“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include ancrypted security information about your account. Adouria imports and extends

information and hold many additional information about products such as supplier
details, shipping information, costing and many more which are not there by default in shopify platform.
Read and Write Orders
Adouria doesn't
create orders at
your store, we only track orders when they are placed on Shopify.
with the help of Adouria Chrome Extension, we allow you to place orders directly in
AliExpress including item selection, shipping, customer information, followed by
automatic
tracking of orders status after paying each order.
Read and Write Customers
We don't import
the customers
you have before you install Adouria, we only read the customers of all new orders you
will recieve after we are in action, and this allow you to build marketing emails and
target those customers with pre-made professional email templates
Read and Write Theme
Adouria extends your store front in order to track your store visits and allow you to search
for most visited products, collections, where are your visitors and much more.
Store Information
We have to get your
store information to secure your account at Adouria and allow you to navigate to your
products shopify administration or your store front during listing of your products or
collections.
